My Philosophy
Life isn't fair... it is up to me to make lemonade from the lemons. If I sit back and do nothing, I have chosen to be a victim.
You may think this is negative...but it's a strong reminder to me that life is what we make it. Yes there are things
beyond our control. It's how we handle things, that's what is important. It's all about choices.
I believe....
that things happen for a reason. It is up to me to determine, understand and act upon the opportunity that presents itself.
If I stick my head in the sand, someone is going to come along and hit me in the butt. So the best thing
to do it deal with the things.

My Opinion on the Get Organized Challenge
Hmmm....Five weeks to organize years of chaos. I'm Game. I had reservations about the journal part....I
have concerns about Journaling and hate to write, though I have been told I'm pretty good. Well, I already had a Journal
to write in, so I figured I'd give it a try anyway. Thanks to the encouraging words from my fellow challengers, I was able
to do the assignments. Gaining personal insight to getting organized is an interesting approach. The insight has helped
me not only with getting organized but with my life as well. Seeing that writing is not my forte, talking is, the
chats were intriguing. I had never chatted before. The anonymity of the internet allowed me to share things that I would
never admit too. Posting to the boards and going to the chats helped me tremendously. Getting another's perspective on my
situation and reading about others' situations proved to be enlightening. Other challenges in my life, like my
kids and sister's divorce, would have normally thrown me off track. Time management is another segment that I am working
on. However, coming to the chats and boards has helped me to persevere. "I'm Game." Well, of course
those thoughts were silly. It took more than five weeks to create the chaos. Its going to take more than five weeks to correct
it. Regina and the GO Girls have given me a great gift. I now have a definite goal and steps to get there. Participating
in the Get Organized Challenge was one of the best decisions that I have made.
